Leading Learners is an independently owned school age program that was established in August 2023. We provide high quality care, equipped with experienced staff for children in grades Kindergarten through sixth grade. Leading Learners is excited to welcome friends and families of the Mars Area School District community! We offer gross motor play, homework help, creative exploration, and much more within our after-school program!

My name is Brandi Gaiser, and I am the owner of Leading Learners. I have a Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Saint Francis University and have been in the business of childcare and education for over fifteen years. While education and childcare have always been a passion of mine, I also enjoy providing a service to families who require additional care for children within our community. As we all know, it truly takes a village to help those that we love, grow and develop.
My vision for Leading Learners is to deliver a creative and thriving environment where children can succeed and become the best version of themselves. Communication, nurturement, and flexibility are all key factors within our qualified staff and program.
